Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times may vary depending on your location and order demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Happier Wags. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We are committed to making things right and ensuring you and your pet have a positive shopping experience with us. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
